Amici Caffè AG no longer operates its own service centre, but you can still send your machine in for repair by post or bring it in person. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to help.

Would you like to send your espresso machine in for repair by post? Then please print out the
fill it in and follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and speedy process:
Send in the machine including accessories.
Enclose the warranty certificate.
Do not forget to include the sender's address.
Enclose a cover letter with a brief description of the problem.
If possible, pack the machine in two boxes.
Repairs costing up to CHF 300 will be carried out without a cost estimate.
Note for the cold season: please do not send in machines when the temperature is below freezing!
