Die Maschine ist top. Macht guten Kaffee, sieht toll aus. ist einfach zu reinigen. Einfach ein Genuss. Und noch zu erwähnen der superfreundliche Kundendienst.

Buongiorno Carla,

non posso che confermare il nostro alto gradimento e piena soddisfazione per l'acquisto effettuato. Per noi, del resto, avendo già posseduto una X 7.1 Francis MIE, si é trattato di una semplice riconferma con il desiderio pero' di cambiare.

Siamo ormai da una vita clienti fissi e fedeli della famiglia Illy, prima in Italia (sono originario di Trieste) e da quando ci siamo trasferiti poi (2009) in Svizzera.
