Born for Amici

My grandfather Francesco invented the Espresso in 1935 and since that day, Espresso has always been made in exactly the same way, brewing the ground coffee powder with water heated to 92-94°C at a pressure of about 10 bar. This is how everyone should make it.

Our machines, from the first to the last, respect these parameters because this is the only way that we can guarantee our customers a perfect Espresso, Made in Amici, just like my grandfather intended.
